OLD DOMINION HORSE SHOW, AND “DOG DAYS” AT THE SHOW

Hello to our Vendors and Product Exhibitors,
We are pleased to invite you to our second year of the Old Dominion Horse Show and North American Pony Championships for 2010. In our first year we are very proud to have been voted the #1 USHJA Exhibitor’s Choice Horse Show of the Year for all of Zone 3 (VA, NC, MD & DE). From all the inquiries we have received it appears that our great press will bring us a very full house this summer!

Our beneficiary for 2010 is once again our friends at Danny and Ron’s Rescue Dogs. As an addition to our show this year we will be hosting “Dog Days at the Show” on Saturday and Sunday. This event will bring in spectators and pet lovers from all over the Richmond and central Virginia area for pet oriented vendors, fun dog show, agility demos, games and a great day of fun out with their canine family members. There will be newspaper, TV and radio promotion of this event. We expect this influx of the general public to add significantly to sales for our vendors this year.

We have a very reasonable “recession buster” rate for you for 2010. We will also allow personal tents if they are of the EZ up variety or better.( No home made or tarp styles) A few spaces will be available for vendors in the Exhibitors Hospitality Tent adjacent to our main ring, the Verizon Arena. This will be a heavily trafficked area and utilized for dining seating all day and the center of all pet activities.

We will send you a registration form under separate cover. Our spaces are limited so please get your forms and fees back to us asap. We are looking forward to a very successful event, and hope you will consider joining us at the Deep Run Hunt Club, July 21-25.
